Pattern Work for Teams supports groups ready to stay with what they've already seen — long enough for behaviour to genuinely shift.
This isn't about changing people. It's about changing what gets rewarded, avoided, or quietly carried.

How the work unfolds
This work moves at a human pace — fast enough to stay real, slow enough to be honest. It typically runs over 6–8 weeks and includes:
Commissioning & Pre-Work — Readiness conversations, purpose alignment, contextual design. Optional purpose clarification if the "why" has become fuzzy or contested.
Workshop 1 — Seeing the Threads (4 hours) — Surface shadow and signal patterns using Nimacor™. Map what happens under pressure vs. what becomes possible when conditions shift. Design small, real experiments to test in everyday work.
Experiment Period — The Tension Bridge (2 weeks) — Test new ways of responding inside real constraints. Track what shifts, resists, or surprises. Optional midpoint check-in for recalibration.
Workshop 2 — Weaving the Change (4 hours) — Reflect on experiments and update shared understanding. Strengthen signal patterns that emerged. Make individual and collective commitments. Choose how — or whether — to continue.
What happens after
Some teams finish here and continue on their own. Others want support to keep the work alive.
We design that together — monthly sessions, handover to internal facilitation, or a single integration session before you decide what's next. The work adapts to what you're ready for.
Investment
Standard rate:
Commissioning & Pre-Work: $1,000 + GST
Core Workshops + Experiment Support: $9,000 + GST
Optional Purpose Workshop: $1,500 + GST
Community rate (NGOs, charities, iwi, hapū, community groups, and other under-resourced or mission-led organisations):
Commissioning & Pre-Work: $800 + GST
Core Workshops + Experiment Support: $5,400 + GST
Optional Purpose Workshop: $1,000 + GST
Post-work pathways are scoped as needed.
